Lisa Mestars
Founder, CEO, Leader, Coach
Lisa is the founder of Codes of Life® and leads the company alongside Christian. Human Design found her in 2020—and hasn’t let go since. As a Projector, success as her signature makes perfect sense. Once she worked on her money mindset and embraced her perspective on power & systems, she became unstoppable. In 2021, she launched the first Human Design Academy and has since trained over 1000 people. A digital nomad, rebellious free spirit (shoutout to Lilith!), and deeply intuitive individual, she found some aspects of the traditional system limiting. Her personal evolution over the years made it clear: It’s time to bring something new into the world. And so, Codes of Life® was born—a unique system, shaped by her four-times-right brain and all the insights she has gathered. Lisa’s mission is to train the leaders of the new era and create real change. In 2025, her new Codes of Life® Reader has launched, and together with Christian, she’ll also be working on spiritual projects. One thing is certain: This is just the beginning.
Christian Brakmann
CEO, Developer, Coach
Christian is a proud father of three wonderful souls and Lisa’s partner in crime—professionally, personally, and in every other way. As a spiritual coach and developer, he’s the technical brain behind Codes of Life® and has been leading the company alongside Lisa since early 2024. He has a talent for solving even the trickiest programming challenges, mastering numbers and business structures, and—more often than not—serving as Lisa’s emotional support. His "done in five minutes" can sometimes take two hours, but when something doesn’t work, he won’t stop until he finds a solution. Together with Lisa, he co-hosts the COREstream podcast, where they openly discuss everything that moves them. They have also led multiple personal development trainings and seminars together. In 2025, they’ll launch the Codes of Life® Coach Training together.
Design, Product Development, Content, Social Media
Julia has been part of Lisa’s team since July 2021—the very first team member. While still a participant in the first training round, she jumped right in as a virtual assistant and all-rounder. Over the years, she has shifted to working exclusively in her core expertise: designing everything that needs to look amazing and managing social media. Together with Lucas, she runs a company based in Berlin. On the side, she influences Lisa’s fashion choices and is always the first to volunteer for any trip.
Copywriting
Lucas is Julia’s partner and almost the complete opposite of Lisa’s chart. Also a Projector, but with all left-facing variables, he is structured and detail-oriented. He completed the second Human Design training round and immediately joined the team as a copywriter afterwards. Not only does he write amazing content, but he’s also a ChatGPT prompt expert and has skyrocketed our blog articles to the top of Google rankings. For over a year, he has been refining the texts for this tool, combining powerful energy, deep knowledge, and smart wording.
Customer Support & Customer Happiness
Natalie also joined the team through the Human Design training. She has been with us since early 2024 and travels full-time in her van across Europe with her Podenco dog. If anyone in the team is truly remote, it’s her! She supports the team with various tasks, but most importantly, she’s the go-to person for our customers. She answers questions, solves challenges, and has the superpower of responding to even the grumpiest emails with nothing but love & light. In addition to German, Natalie speaks fluent Spanish.
Funnels, Automations & Social Media
Tanja has been part of Lisa’s journey long before Codes of Life® ever began—she actually built Lisa’s very first website. A lot has changed since then—for both Lisa and Tanja. Today, Tanja creates smart, well-structured email funnels for Codes of Life® and manages the German Instagram account @codesoflife.de. She’s passionate about AI, automations, and tools that make life easier. ChatGPT is her best friend—although everyone knows that can’t be true, because he’s already Lisa’s.
